چکیده

The OH groups on the Zr-based nodes of ultrastable UiO-66 can be metallated with V ions in a facile fashion to give the derivative VUiO-66. This metallated MOF exhibits high stability over a broad temperature range and displays high selectivity for benzene under low-conversion conditions in the vapor-phase oxidative dehydrogenation of cyclohexene (activation energy ∼110 kJ/mol). The integrity of the MOF is maintained after catalysis as determined by PXRD, ICP-AES, and SEM.

Vanadium Oxide Supported on Al-modified Titania Nanotubes for Oxidative Dehydrogenation of Propane

In this study, characterization of vanadia supported on Al-modified titania nanotubes (TiNTs) synthesized by the alkaline hydrothermal treatment of TiO2 powders has been reported. A promising catalyst for oxidative dehydrogenation (ODH) of propane was prepared via the incipient wetness impregnation method. The morphology and crystalline structure of TiNTs were characterized by transmission elec...

Propane oxidative dehydrogenation over vanadium oxide nanostructures supported on porous graphene prepared by hydrothermal method

In this study at first, in laboratory, three types of vanadium oxide were produced by using porous graphene and amine framework in hydrothermal method nanostructures such as: vanadium oxide - octadecyl amine - graphene, vanadium oxide - dodecyl amine - graphene and vanadium oxide – aniline - graphene (V-ODA-G، V-DDA-G، V-A-G). Then their structures and functions in propane dehydrogenation react...

Decoration of Cotton Fibers with a Water-Stable Metal–Organic Framework (UiO-66) for the Decomposition and Enhanced Adsorption of Micropollutants in Water

We report on the successful functionalization of cotton fabrics with a water-stable metal-organic framework (MOF), UiO-66, under mild solvothermal conditions (80 °C) and its ability to adsorb and degrade water micropollutants. The functionalized cotton samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX), transmiss...

Postsynthetic ionization of an imidazole-containing metal-organic framework for the cycloaddition of carbon dioxide and epoxides.

A bifunctional imidazolium functionalized zirconium metal-organic framework (Zr-MOF), (I-)Meim-UiO-66 (2), was successfully prepared from the imidazole-containing Zr-MOF Im-UiO-66 (1) by a post-synthetic modification (PSM) method. It was found that the crystal size and pore features of the imidazole-containing 1 could be tuned at the nanoscale. The bifunctional MOF 2, containing Brønsted acid s...
